The opportunity
LJ Hooker recognised they were facing disruption. Hybrid agencies and startups offering low-cost models were poised to enter the Australian real estate market.
The solution
With a tight timeline of 3 1/2 months, we designed and built a new digital-led business model and platform introducing new services and pricing.
We built a complex, multi-party platform for sellers, buyers and agents that augmented the multi-channel process we had designed across responsive apps, stylist reports, listings, open homes, offers and sales.

What we did.
Explore, Create, Deliver
We used qualitative research methods to explore what buyers, sellers and agents really wanted from a hybrid real estate agency. This grew to include platform staff as well (customer service, photographers, stylists, marketing & conveyancers). We then designed, developed, and tested a series of prototypes with increasing levels of fidelity.
